Tahoe Donner Golf Course in Lake Tahoe is now open for the summer. The challenging course is a true mountain layout where golfers can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural surroundings.
Located just minutes off Interstate 80 in Truckee, Tahoe Donner Golf Course is a beautiful public golf course in the High Sierra. The 18-hole, 7,002-yard par-72 championship golf course encompasses 200 acres of Sierra landscape with towering pines featuring stunning views and meandering creeks, granite rock formations, elevation changes and greens so consistently pure they have been recognized as the “Best Greens in the Tahoe Region.”
Group outings this spring or summer at Tahoe Donner Golf Course start as low as $62. Groups can enjoy a day out on the golf course and then take advantage of wrapping up the day at The Lodge Restaurant & Pub, a full-service restaurant and pub with outdoor seating overlooking the golf course.
Golfers’ Happy Hour started in May with food and drink specials daily from 1-4 p.m., available to golfers and all visitors. Additional breakfast and lunch options will be available daily at the T-9 Grill, located next to the golf pro shop.
At Tahoe Donner Golf Course, drop-in golf clinics are offered multiple times per week for $20 per golfer, in addition to private, customizable lessons.
