Although the ski resort is no longer a separate entity, tradition remains at the former Alpine Meadows ski resort.
Now aligned with Palisades Tahoe, the Alpine side of the immense Tahoe ski resort still retains its sense of humor and pursuit of fun.
Palisades Tahoe brings back the beloved 38th annual Alpine Snow Golf Tournament on Sunday (April 27). Due to possible bad weather this week, the golfing was pushed back two weeks. On deck is also the Spring Tracks Music Series, starting April 20.

SNOW GOLF: As the only top-to-bottom snow golf course in the region, the event is a unique, fun way to spend a day on the slopes with friends and family. New this year – the course will feature 10 holes, with the final hole featuring a closest to the pin challenge, adding an extra layer of competition.
The course starts at Alpine’s Summit Express chair and meanders its way down the mountain, bringing golfers to The Chalet for a Caddyshack-themed post golf party.
The golfing takes place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The golfing is a free, first-come, first-serve event that has limited space registration.
Participants must have a valid lift ticket or season pass to participate. Groups of four are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded and raffled off from Yeti, Smith, and includes a round of golf for a foursome at The Links at Everline (formerly Squaw Creek).
FREE TRACKS MUSIC: The music series is presented by Ikon Pass and takes place on three consecutive Saturdays – April 20, April 27 and May 4. Guests can enjoy free music on the KT Deck at Palisades Tahoe while soaking up the sun and the après scene.
