When is it cool to show your underwear on the slopes? When it benefits colon cancer awareness.
Diamond Peak ski resort in Lake Tahoe has teamed up with the Incline Village Community Hospital and the Colon Cancer Alliance for“Undy Ski Day” in honor of Colon Cancer Awareness Month, on Saturday, March 29.
Diamond Peak ski resort skiers and snowboarders can purchase a $35 lift ticket for visibly sporting their underwear. Wear them over your ski pants, on your helmet, as a cape, etc.
It will be a fun day on the slopes at Diamond Peak ski resort, which will offer Zumba, live music on the deck, and an Undy ski mob coming down its mountain.
Diamond Peak ski resort is located in Nevada’s Incline Village. The affordable, family-friendly resort offers breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, a summit elevation of 8,540-feet and a 1,840-foot vertical drop.
Undy Day Schedule
- 9-9:45 am: Zumba with Misty Moga from the Recreation Center on the Base Lodge Deck
- Noon: Undy ski mob, meet at the top of Crystal Ridge for a group photo
- Noon-2 pm: Live music by the Lony Parsons 6-Pac
- 2 pm: Undy ski mob, meet at the top of Show-Off for a group photo
- 3 pm: Colon Cancer Alliance raffle
Visit the Incline Village Community Hospital and Colon Cancer Alliance booths on the Base Lodge deck for goodies, information about colon cancer prevention and live music on the deck.
