It’s the time of year to consider winter ski trips. If the Lake Tahoe region is one of the locations under consideration, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe has an appealing ski package to consider.
Located mid-mountain at Northstar California Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe offers a “Hit the Slopes” ski package for the 2015-2016 winter season that combines lift tickets, slopeside accommodations and personalized guest service.
“The Hit the Slopes package offers tremendous value to those planning to ski in North Lake Tahoe this winter,” said Joseph Mattioli, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. “With lift tickets and accommodations included, resort guests will enjoy Lake Tahoe’s most luxurious slopeside accommodations, personalized guest service and convenient access to some of the best snow conditions in the region.”
The Hit the Slopes package includes Deluxe or Mountain View Slopeside guest room accommodations for four nights and two 3-day consecutive adult or child lift tickets valid at Northstar California. The ski package is valid November 20 through April 13, 2016 with rates starting at $529 per night. Advanced reservations are required and subject to availability. A four-night length of stay is required.
Located slopeside overlooking the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains, guests will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Northstar and the ultimate convenience of the property’s Mountain Concierge services, where the hotel’s ski valets will fetch your boots, strap your buckles and escort you to your skis and poles waiting on the slopes.
After a day on the mountain, guests can ski or ride back into the resort to dine at the popular Backyard Bar & BBQ restaurant, which offers traditional BBQ favorites and wood-fired oven-baked pizzas. Resort guests are also invited to enjoy The Après-Ski Experience daily from 4-5 p.m. featuring a lively après-ski hour at the Manzanita Bar that includes cocktails and chef’s choice appetizer specials, access to après-ski fitness classes, and après-ski specials in The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Lake Tahoe. Pricing for The Après-Ski Experience is a la carte.
A winter sport enthusiast’s paradise, family-friendly Northstar California offers 100 ski trails spread across 3,170 acres, award-winning terrain parks and snow sports including alpine and Telemark skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tubing. Additional room nights may be reserved at the hotel, and additional lift tickets may be purchased at True North, conveniently located inside the hotel.
