The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, which has hotels all over the world, has been named major award winners in the 2015 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hotel Rankings.
An impressive 47 hotels within The Ritz-Carlton chain have been named award winners in the 2015 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hotel Rankings.”
On the heels of The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe being again awarded the prestigious AAA Five Diamond rating, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe was honored in three categories: “Best Hotels in the USA,” “Best California Hotels,” and “Best Lake Tahoe Hotels.”
To qualify for this accolade, U.S. News & World Report identifies the best hotels using an unbiased methodology centered on three components: reputation among professional travel experts, guest reviews, and hotel class ratings.
The North Lake Tahoe resort was also recently named among “The World’s Best Hotels,” according to the Travel & Leisure 2014 awards and among the top three “Best Resorts in Northern California,” and one of the “Top 100 Resort Spas in the U.S.,” according to the Conde Nast Traveler 2014 Reader’s Choice Awards.
Located mid-mountain with ski-in/ski-out access to Northstar California Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe offers resort guests convenient access to some of the best snow conditions in the region this winter and the most open terrain.
For those interested in getting out on the mountain, the resort’s “Hit the Slopes Ski Package” starts at $629 per night and includes two 3-day consecutive adult or child lift tickets valid at Northstar California Resort, ski-in/ski-out access from the resort’s mid-mountain location with ski valet services to assist with your boots and escort to your skis and poles waiting on the slopes, and deluxe or mountain view guest room accommodations. U.S. News & World Report ranked more than 2,500 hotels across the USA, Caribbean, Mexico and Canada – with the top 10 percent among the luxury segment analyzed, selected as winners.
