Earlier this week, the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe officially opening of its new luxury guest amenity, Lake Club, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe.
The first and only AAA Five Diamond resort in the Lake Tahoe region is excited to announce adds a new dimension to The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe experience, providing resort guests with a uniquely designed waterside venue and an accompanying host of amenities that include al fresco dining, leisure and water activities, and direct access to the lake.
The Lake Club is located in Tahoe Vista, CA, approximately 15-20 minute shuttle ride from the resort. Lake Club is available exclusively to resort guests who reserve the Lake Club package daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., based upon availability. Hours of operation are subject to seasonal changes.
The multi-level Lake Club features amenities that include an indoor gathering area and bar, a ground-floor dining terrace, an upper-level dining deck, and an expansive lawn extending to the water’s edge.
Guests will have the luxury of direct beach access and a private boat pier – offering myriad of summer recreational activities and water sports, including boating, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Additional features include an outdoor spa and inviting fire pit, luxurious showers and changing facilities, and ample storage facilities to house kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, etc.
At the Lake Club, food and beverage offerings include a rotating menu from the grill such as marinated skirt steak, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, sausages, and veggie burgers. Seasonal salads and various desserts will also be available, in addition to morning breakfast items including whole fruit and granola.
Guests can imbibe on refreshing cocktails from the full bar, including the signature “Mai Tahoe Tai” and “Basil Bloom.” Children’s beverages include various flavors of milkshakes, root beer floats, Shirley Temples, and more.

The interior design of Lake Club offers panoramic lake views with a clean, mountain modern aesthetic. Vibrant turquoise elements contrast with bold, white accents in homage to the prominent color characteristic of the lake and mountains.
