What golfer wouldn’t want to hang out with Annika Sorenstam and receive some golf tips?
That opportunity arises at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, which is partnering with Sorenstam, arguably the top all-time LPGA golfer.
Members of The Ritz-Carlton Rewards Program are being offered an exclusive golf weekend getaway on July 11-13 that includes coaching from the legendary golfer.
The weekend includes a two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, private reception and a golf clinic hosted by Sorenstam, a round of golf at the Old Greenwood Golf Course in Truckee, gourmet lunch, and round-trip transportation to and from the golf course.
This exclusive Member experience begins with guests arriving Friday, July 11 and enjoying a private reception and opportunity to mingle with Sorenstam from 6-7:30 p.m. at the resort.
The next morning, round-trip transportation will be provided to golfers from the resort to the Old Greenwood Golf Course, where Sorenstam will offer a 90-minute golf clinic, followed by a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus signature course.
Sorenstam enjoyed a 15-year Hall of Fame career. She opened the ANNIKAAcademy in 2007, and since then, her team of coaches has shared their philosophy with players of varying ages, skill levels and gender.
Nestled among 600 acres of towering pines in the mountains near North Lake Tahoe, the Old Greenwood Golf Course offers world-class golf, and has been rated among the 10 Best New Public Access Courses in the Country by Golf Magazine, and rated number four among America’s Finest New Upscale Public Courses by Golf Digest.
